Terms & Conditions for VR Smart Card Ads & DOP Software
1. Strict Content Restrictions: The following content is strictly not allowed in any DOP page or advertisement: Adult, sexual, abusive, religious, or political content. Misleading claims or fake offers. Stolen product images or using someone else’s business identity. Violations will result in immediate suspension without refund.
2. One Combined Plan – Two Powerful Tools: Your ₹1000 plan includes: A Digital Offer Page (DOP) for your business. Ad display on digital visiting card and partner pages. Both services are activated for 90 days from your selected start date.
3. Fully Self-Managed System: You must upload and manage all your own content: Product photos, offer title & details, ad video (if any), and scratch reward offer (if used). VR Smart Card does not create, edit, or upload any content for customers.
4. Offer Accuracy & Customer Trust: You are fully responsible for your displayed offer. Clearly mention offer title, price, dates, time, eligibility, and scratch reward (if applicable). Fake or expired offers will result in account suspension. Be honest to protect your brand reputation.
5. Start Date & Plan Duration: Your 90-day plan starts on the date you select at booking, not on approval or publication. There is no refund or extension for delay in uploading or using the service.
6. No Guaranteed Results: VR Smart Card is a display-only platform. We do not promise leads, views, sales, or customer responses. Success depends on your product, pricing, and marketing efforts.
7. Equal Rotation for All: Ad space is shared with other businesses in rotation. We do not provide fixed positions or premium placement. Viewers may see different ads depending on time and location.
8. Safe Payment & No Refund: Pay only on the official VR Smart Card website (₹1000 for 90 days). We do not accept UPI links, WhatsApp payments, or agent transfers. Once booked, no cancellation or refund is allowed — even if content is not uploaded.
9. Pricing Plans – Current & Future: The following plans are currently available:
- ₹1000 for 90 days (limited-time offer for marketing analysis only)
- ₹1500 for 90 days
- ₹2400 for 6 months
- ₹3600 for 1 year
10. Edit Anytime – No Extension: You can update your DOP or ad details anytime within the 90-day period. Editing your content will not reset or extend your plan.
11. Plan Expiry & Renewal: Both your ad and DOP page will automatically stop after 90 days. To continue, book a new ₹1000 plan through the website. No auto-renewal or reminders will be sent.
12. Plan Fee May Change Anytime: VR Smart Card reserves the right to change plan prices or features at any time, without prior notice. New fees will only apply to future bookings.
13. Legal Responsibility of the Customer: You are legally responsible for: Truthful offers and claims. Ownership of content (images, logos, videos). Handling any legal complaints, disputes, or customer issues. VR Smart Card holds no responsibility for content violations.
14. We Do Not Upload or Share Your DOP Link: VR Smart Card does not share, promote, or post your DOP or ad link anywhere. You are fully responsible for promoting it via WhatsApp, Facebook, SMS, etc. We only generate the page and provide the link — sharing is in your hands.
15. Safe OTP from AX-CBAZAR-S: If you receive OTP messages from sender AX-CBAZAR-S, that is also from our verified system (Car Clean Bazar – a sub-brand of VR Smart Card). It is 100% safe and belongs to the same company.
16. Use Business Account Only: Always share your Digital Offer Page links using a WhatsApp Business account (not regular WhatsApp). Personal WhatsApp shows only your mobile number, but WhatsApp Business shows your business name, giving a more professional and trusted impression.
